A Scientific Seminar Held at the Institute of Physics
On April 30, 2026, a scientific seminar was held at the Institute of Physics PLE of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The seminar was opened by Salima Mehdiyeva, Chairwoman of the Institute’s Scientific Seminar and a Corresponding Member of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. After introducing the topic to the participants, she invited the speaker to present.
At the seminar, Shakir Mammad oglu Naghiyev, Senior Research Fellow of the Institute’s Laboratory of Theoretical Physics and Quantum Informatics and Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, delivered a presentation entitled “On Physical Vacuum.”
The presentation was followed by an in-depth discussion, during which participants asked questions and exchanged views.
